More than anything else in the world,
Ian's childhood dream was to be legendary strip-tease dancer
Fanny Mae. Failing that, he took to writing as a means to
soothe his splintered psyche. Once during World War II,
Ian found himself in a quiet Viennese cafe, just south of
Hollabrunn. |
|
There
he had lunch with an embittered Foghorn Leghorn. It was
shortly after the occupation, and Leghorn was deeply, deeply
troubled by the events of that winter, and his eyes, his
voice, his beak, went to no lengths to hide it. "We
are forever hopeful that there is, I say, there is a god
in heaven" he had said, "and forever certain that
there isn't." The event changed Ian's
life forever, and has since spent the last 50 years trying
to write the definitive comedy skit about superhero masturbation.

He spends long days
alone in his apartment, taking meticulous notation of
My
So-Called Life episodes, and wrestles with a darkness few
understand. His cat's name is Mittens. |
